We are a non-profit organisation and all roles are voluntary.

If you want to get involved in helping organise events for May 2018 we have a host of roles:

  • Event managers

  • City coordinators

  • Central team: marketing, publicity, managers, fundraisers and more

  • Speakers

  • Photographers, podcast recorders, videographers
